  • Q: Can I use my Modem abroad?
  • A: Yes, you can. If you roam onto a ‘3 Like Home’ network, you will be charged as you are in the UK and can use up inclusive allowances. When roaming outside of ‘3 Like Home’ networks where 3 have roaming agreements, you will be charged for data at that country’s data roaming rate, which can be checked on three.co.uk/coverage
  • Q: How long will it take me to set up my USB Modem?
  • A: On average the customer experience is approximately 5 minutes
  • Q: What if I go over my allowance? 
  • A: You will be charged at 10p per MB, but usage can be checked as often as you like on My3 and also from the dashboard on your PC/Laptop screen
